Ranch Mangers: Michael & Shea Flanigan
Michael & Shea Flanigan both grew up on ranches in Kremmling, Colorado where their families have ranched for over 6 generations. They wanted to continue on the family business’s but with the way the economy and demographics of Colorado are rapidly changing they decided to move their family to Laramie, Wyoming in 2012. They both have a passion for ranching, good horses, hunting and share the most important values in life, their family. They run several hundred head of cattle across Albany County and operate Flanigan Performance Horses raising high quality performance horses. Shea is extremely devoted to the horse program and keeps it running, as well as cooks, cleans, and helps with the cattle and keeps their 3 young boys active in multiple sports and 4-H activities. Michael operates the cattle program and trains phenomenal working cattle dogs on the ranch as well. They both have high moral values and strive for perfection in every aspect of their daily life, whether it is on the ranch, at the dinner table or competing. Shea and Mike expect all the boys in the family to help and work together to make the ranch go round. Together the two work and run this incredible ranching operation with the help of their three boys, Gus, Hogan & Jax! Mike & Shea’s goals in life are first raising respectful boys, and to live their life to the fullest and enjoy every day working hard together as a family.

These three boys are huge help to their parents on the ranch. They all three have high expectations and are fulfilling their parents dreams for their children daily. They are active in many sports from basketball, football, 4-H, Hunting, Shooting Sports to Rodeoing, to say the least they keep Mike & Shea running in all directions.
